The course
The Introduction to Conversational AI Ethics course is fundamental to anyone working with Conversational AI solutions. During the course, you will become familiar with concepts of AI ethics, including the basic ethical principles and practices for AI, as well as the consequences of not incorporating them into your workflow.
The course is led by CDI’s AI Ethics Expert Cami Rincón. During each of the sessions within the modules, you will explore ethical dilemmas and challenges across the workflow through tangible examples. Using the FAST track principles (Fairness, Accountability, Sustainability, Transparency), you will also learn how to not only prevent, but also proactively address the risk of harmful outcomes in your AI projects.
