About the exam
The CDI Method Foundation certificate exam evaluates your knowledge of conversation design principles through multiple-choice questions. The exam typically takes around 30 minutes to complete, and a score of 70% or higher is required to pass. You have one opportunity to retake the exam if you do not pass on your initial attempt.
