Comprehensive
A full, evidence-verified read. Light if you want a fast, independent read before committing further. Focused if you have a live assistant and need to know where the gaps are. Comprehensive if you're scaling, or introducing LLMs, and the decisions ahead means you need a baseline to work with. All three score against the same CDI Standards Framework, so you can move up without starting again.
How long does each take?
Focused is delivered in 15 working days. Light is quicker; Comprehensive takes longer, depending on how much evidence there is to verify. We confirm the timescale with you before we start.
What do we need to give you?
Access to the assistant, a sample of real conversations, the reports you already run, and your leads' time for the workshop. For Comprehensive, the documents behind your roadmap and business case as well.
What happens after the assessment?
