So what better way to further unlock the skill set of an enthusiastic team than a 1 day immersive workshop on Conversation Design in the age of GenAI.
Everyone was really involved in sticking post-its and learning by doing.
Honeybook already employs an impressively capable GenAI conversational agent on their platform, and was looking for expert guidance on how to make the experience for their customers even better. We explored how applying the CDI workflow would help them fill gaps, discover and explore opportunities and harness the power of GenAI in their best interest.
The main thrust of the workflow is that even in the age of GenAI you need to design first, then create a prompt to make that design happen in real life, and then evaluate and optimise. So, a lot has changed, but many things remain the same.
The team, which works all over the world, went home with fresh ideas and a good approach to making these a reality. We really look forward to working with Honeybook again.
