The CDI Standards Framework

Our assessments aren't a matter of opinion; they're measured against the CDI Standards Framework.


The Standards Framework brings together two fundamental perspectives: People and Organizations: how individuals grow, and how teams operate; and Interior and Exterior: what we believe, and what we build.


Each standard is evaluated through Four Forces: Mindset, Skillset, Culture and Systems.


Our twenty-seven standards across six domains, each have maturity levels, so "good" is defined and your progress is something you can actually see.

What's the difference between the Light and Comprehensive assessments?

The Light assessment is a fast, entry-scope read against the CDI Standards; the Comprehensive is an in-depth evaluation of your assistant, team readiness, business case, technology stack, and operational processes.

What do we actually get?

A scored read on where you stand, what's working, what's broken, where the risk is, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Not a vague report; a baseline you can act on.

The CDI Standards Framework: 27 standards across six domains, with maturity levels, so "good" is defined, not a matter of opinion.
