Our standards

The CDI Standards Framework

Our assessments aren't a matter of opinion; they're measured against the CDI Standards Framework.

The Standards Framework brings together two fundamental perspectives: People and Organisations: how individuals grow, and how teams operate; and Interior and Exterior: what we believe, and what we build.

Each standard is evaluated through Four Forces: Mindset, Skillset, Culture and Systems.

Our thirty-one standards across six domains, each with maturity levels, so "good" is defined and your progress is something you can actually see.

“After working with more than 100 enterprises I started to see the patterns that I knew we could codify.
That system ultimately became the CDI Standards Framework.”

FAQs

What's the difference between the four assessments?

Light is a fast first read; Focused scores the twelve standards that matter most, with an indicative read across all 31; Comprehensive is a full, evidence-verified evaluation of your assistant, team, business case, and operations; Continuous re-scores you each quarter against your Comprehensive baseline.

What do we actually get?

A scored read on where you stand, what's working, what's broken, where the risk is, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Not a vague report; a baseline you can act on.

What do you assess against?

he CDI Standards Framework: 31 standards across six domains, with maturity levels, so 'good' is defined, not a matter of opinion.

We've already got something live. Is it worth assessing?

Usually yes. An assessment tells you whether what you shipped is doing its job and where to spend effort next, before you sink more into it.
