Can you work with our existing platform?

Yes; CDI is technology-agnostic. We work with whatever stack your assistant is built on rather than pushing a tool of our own.

Can you fix it without a full rebuild?

Usually. We optimise what's there first; a rebuild is only on the table if the foundation genuinely can't support where you're trying to get to.

Do you advise, or do the actual work?

Either; from a focused recommendation to hands-on optimization with your team, depending on what you need.

How do you find the root cause?

We evaluate the intent architecture, the conversation design, and the real logs, so the fix targets why it's failing, not just the symptom in the dashboard.
