Jasper Klimbie

Jasper Klimbie is Sr. Conversational AI Consultant at CDI, the strategy and delivery branch of the Conversation Design Institute. With a background in creative writing and copywriting, he found his way into conversational AI by designing the Dutch personality and dialogue for Google Assistant — an experience that shaped his human-first approach to AI design.

At CDI, Jasper designs, builds, and optimizes AI assistants for enterprise clients across industries, including a two-year engagement with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) to launch their chatbot Sofia. He also contributes to the CDI Academy as a masterclass instructor and course content creator, and regularly speaks at industry events and webinars on topics including conversational AI maturity and the combination of NLU and LLMs.

His writing on the CDI blog covers conversation design in practice, AI assistant implementation, and real-world lessons from enterprise deployments.
