Jurgen Gravestein

Jurgen Gravestein is a conversation designer, writer, and AI consultant, and was employee number one at the Conversation Design Institute. During his years at CDI Services, he helped global enterprises design and deploy human-centric AI assistants, and became a recognized voice in the conversational AI field through his writing, podcast appearances, and newsletter Teaching Computers How to Talk. He has since moved to NiCE Cognigy, where he works as a Delivery Solutions Architect.
