Michelle Parayil

Michelle Parayil is a Conversational AI specialist and Experience Design leader with over seven years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across global markets. An engineer by degree, she has designed and scaled more than 100 virtual assistants, authored multiple conversation design playbooks, and founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik, one of the world's largest conversational AI platforms.

As former Head of Academy at the Conversation Design Institute, she helped enterprises and startups develop conversational AI product strategy and build team capabilities in human-centered AI design. She has since moved to the Central Bank of the UAE, where she applies that expertise at the intersection of AI and financial services. She is also an active mentor to emerging AI practitioners, having guided hundreds of professionals through ADPList, industry workshops, and events worldwide.
