What does 'evidence-verified' mean?
How long does it take?
Longer than Focused, which is 15 working days; how much longer depends on how much evidence there is to verify and how quickly we can get it. We confirm the timescale with you before we start.
What do we need to give you?
Access to the assistant, a sample of real conversations, the reports you already run, the documents behind your roadmap and business case, and your leads' time for the extended workshop. The more we can see, the more the scorecard is worth.
Do we need Comprehensive before Continuous?
Yes. Continuous re-scores you each quarter against a Comprehensive baseline; without the baseline there is nothing to measure movement against.
