How fast is fast?
Days, not weeks. The timescale depends mostly on how soon we can get access to the assistant and your leads' time for the workshop; we confirm it with you before we start.
Is an automation-assisted review enough?
For a first read, yes. It shows where the obvious gaps are and where to look harder. It is not a verified score across all 31 standards; that is what Focused and Comprehensive are for, and Light is designed to tell you whether you need one.
What do we need to give you?
Access to the assistant, a sample of real conversations, and your leads' time for one online workshop. If you have a vision or roadmap document, we will read that too.
What if the read is worse than we expected?
Then you found out early and cheaply. The list of what to put right first is yours to act on, with or without us; if you want help, consulting takes the items in priority order.
