CDI Assessments
Conversational Capital Assessment
Get AI conversations right. Then prove what it's worth.
Every conversation between your AI and your customers is a deposit into trust or a withdrawal from it. The Baseline Assessment tells you which, and what it is worth.
The Conversational Capital Baseline Assessment
Find out what's wrong. Then put it right.
Conversational Capital is the trust your AI conversations build across millions of interactions. Like financial capital it compounds; it is slow to build and fast to lose. Most dashboards measure efficiency: containment, CSAT, handling time. None of them shows what a conversation left behind. The Baseline Assessment does.

What we do
We measure what your conversations are building and what they are burning, on two sets of inputs. Value drivers: whether the AI talks well, shows up for the topics that matter, and resolves at the right pace. Trust signals: whether customers come back willingly, come back angry, or stop coming back at all.
What you get
Your Conversational Capital Rating and the six inputs behind it; where your deployment sits on capability and trust; the value at stake, in financial terms; and three to five prioritised fixes, sequenced so trust is repaired before capability is added.
Who it's for
Leaders accountable for a live AI assistant who need to show what it is worth, not only what it costs; teams whose dashboards look fine while customers quietly leave.
What happens next
The fixes are yours to act on, with or without us. A CDI Standards assessment tells you why the gaps are there; consulting puts them right; the Rating is run again to show the trust moved.

FAQs
What is a Conversational Capital Rating?
Your organisation's own score: what your AI conversations are building in trust and what they are burning, from six inputs across value drivers and trust signals. It is yours alone. The Conversational Capital Index is the industry benchmark we publish separately.
Why doesn't our CSAT show this?
The people who gave up never fill in the survey; it only hears from the satisfied. Containment and handling time have the same blind spot: they show how cheaply a conversation was handled, not what it left behind.
How is this different from the CDI Standards assessments?
The Standards assessments score how you build and run Conversational AI against 31 standards. The Baseline Assessment measures the outcome: whether the conversations are building trust or burning it, and what that is worth. Most organisations use one to explain the other.
What happens with the fixes?
They are yours to act on, with or without us. If you want help, consulting takes them in the order the assessment set, trust first.
