Which twelve standards?
The twelve that bear most on your assistant's performance and your roadmap. The other nineteen get an indicative read, so nothing large goes unnoticed; they are simply not scored to the same depth.
What does 'scored in full' mean?
Each of the twelve is placed on its maturity level against the CDI Standards Framework, with the reasoning written down, so you can see why you scored what you scored and what the next level looks like.
Why a 90-day plan?
Because a list of gaps is not a plan. Ninety days is long enough to close the quick fixes and start on the structural ones, and short enough that the plan still describes the assistant you actually have.
Can we move up to Comprehensive later?
Yes. All four assessments score against the same framework, so your Focused scores carry over; Comprehensive verifies them with evidence and extends the read to the standards Focused only touched.
