Do we need a Comprehensive Assessment first?
Yes. Continuous measures movement against a Comprehensive baseline; without one there is nothing to measure against. If you haven't done Comprehensive yet, that is the place to start.
What gets re-scored each quarter?
Your priority standards: the ones the Comprehensive roadmap put at the top. The rest of the 31 are not forgotten, but the quarterly cycle concentrates on where the work is.
How is this different from running Comprehensive again?
Comprehensive is a full, evidence-verified read of everything; it is the baseline. Continuous is lighter and more frequent: a workshop and a re-score of the standards that matter, often enough that the roadmap stays true to the assistant you are running now.
What if nothing has moved?
Then that is the finding, and it is worth knowing in a quarter rather than a year. The readout says which items stalled and why; consulting can take the stalled items if your team needs capacity.
